Rapid Response Teams are university led multi-collaborative teams trained to go out after a major disaster and providing support and relief to a community. This component of the DCRT is currently being developed after a model RRT developed  by Dr. Belinda Hernandez-Arriaga and Dr. Daniella Dominguez at the the University of San Francisco. The Border Family Support Project is a Rapid Response Team providing support to refugee families at the US-Mexico border
